Chrom Tech is a worldwide distributor of chromatography instrumentation and supplies to leading labs and facilities, led by a team of chromatography consumables specialists who expedite procurement. Fortuitas performed an automated content and data migration from Chrom Tech's old eCommerce platform to a new platform. We designed, developed and deployed the new enterprise B2B eCommerce site and fully integrated it with their ERP system. The new site enables online quoting, customer specific pricing and support for purchase orders on net payment terms. Previously, online purchases were at less than 1%. Since launch, 30% of customers purchase directly from the website.
