When you encounter an error, bug or discover that your well-intentioned team member broke something, we’ll fix it for you. We offer 3 levels of support with associated response times based on the severity of the issue.
If you want to add a new feature or need some new capabilities that don’t require an entirely new project, we are nimble enough to get it done. Once we get the requirements, we provide you with an estimate to complete the effort and get started immediately once you approve the estimate.
You can report Issues and Enhancement requests in our online ticketing system, which alerts our team that you need us. We assign your request to the appropriate team members, who work until your issue is resolved or your enhancement is completed. All communication is tracked in the ticketing system and you receive alerts anytime there is an update.
